Code of Conduct

Your use of the Services is subject to your compliance with this Code of Conduct and you are may only use the Services on the condition that you agree and accept that:

 

 1. You have read and understood how the Services work and are responsible for how you collate and manage your files. 

 2. You must use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith.

3. You must be an Authorised User and must not use any user id or password except that allocated to you.
You must keep your User Id and all passwords secure and not provide or disclose them to any unauthorised persons. 

 4. You must refrain from any acts or omissions which:

        4.1. are misleading or unlawful or likely to be so; or

        4.2. call us or the Services into disrepute or are likely to do so.

5. You may not violate or attempt to violate our Website or interfere with our Services in any way, including but not limited to:

        5.1. logging into a server or account that you are not authorised to access;

        5.2. accessing Files or taking any action to obtain services not intended for you or your use;

        5.3. attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, subsystem or network;

        5.4. tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting or breaching security or authentication measures without proper                          authorization;

        5.5. transmitting material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming                    routines or engines with the intent or effect of damaging, destroying, disrupting or otherwise impairing a computer’s functionality                or the System;

        5.6. interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any system, Files or information; or

        5.7. interfering with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, by means of overloading, “flooding”,                                “mailbombing”, or “crashing” any computer system.

6. You must not use Stellar Library to send bulk unsolicited messages to persons with whom you have no prior connection or association.

7. You must not infringe or violate the legal rights of any other person in the course of using Stellar Library.

8. If you use any communication tools available through the Service such as blogs, chat groups, or message centre, you may only use them only in relation to your use of the Services,  for lawful and legitimate purposes and in accordance with this Code of Conduct. 

9. If you breach this Code of Conduct or we suspect you may breach this Code of Conduct then your access to the Services will be suspended and/or terminated at our discretion.

10. All defined terms used in this Code of Conduct are as defined in our End User Licence Agreement.
